The Weaver W-TK957 Truck Kit consists of both pieces needed to balance wheels with center holes as large as 6 7/8".  The Truck Kit includes the Spacer Ring which accepts the added diameter of the larger Truck Cone.  Both Cone and Spacer also provide the needed offset for mounting Dually wheels.   

The W-TK957 consist of
