Direct-Lift® founder and co-owner Derek Weaver, is proud to announce the sale of the Direct-Lift and Hanmecson Lift companies to Rotary Lift® Consolidated-Vehicle Service Group, a Dover Corporation company. Dover Corp. is a multi-billion dollar, NYSE-traded (NYSE: DOV), diversified manufacturer of a wide range of proprietary products and components for industrial and commercial use.

RLC -VSG is the largest car/truck/motorcycle lift manufacturer in the world.  RLC-VSG is headquartered in Madison, Indiana and will now operate 3 manufacturing facilities in Madison, China and Europe. This acquisition allows RLC-VSG to have an ISO-9001 certified manufacturing facility on 3 continents as well as the #1 commercial grade enthusiast and residential brand “Direct-Lift”.

Derek Weaver Co., Inc. will continue to operate the Direct-Lift sales & service warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas.
