Derek Weaver Company, Inc. retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, credited, exchanged or order cancelled.
In order to obtain a refund, credit or exchange, prior approval must be given by Derek Weaver Company Inc. Please call 817-560-9510 (8 AM - 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday). Request for return must be made within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase from the invoice date. Refunds, credits or exchanges are for the cost of product only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Free shipping items are not excluded from the actual cost of shipping. There is a 2-way shipping cost that will apply. There may be a 20% restocking fee on items returned in original packaging and new condition. It may be necessary to send pictures via email to help determine the need for return.
Once approved for return, properly pack the product in the original packaging and send it with shipping and insurance charges prepaid to Derek Weaver Company, Inc. 2950 SE Loop 820 Fort Worth, TX 76140. Returned items must be in like-new condition, un-installed, and in the original packaging. Items returned in used condition, altered, missing parts and/or alternative packaging will not be accepted for credit, refund or exchange.
Some Replacement Parts are not returnable, including; electronic parts, motors, power units, all wear items, plastic protectors, rubber pads, cables, seal kits, switches, air gauges, air regulators, air hose and special order parts.
Credit, refund or exchange will be issued only after receipt of the product and a complete inspection.
