Weaver Brand Equipment
The Derek Weaver Company, Inc. administers the manufacturers LIMITED parts warranty on all Weaver Brand Equipment for the amount of time listed below. Derek Weaver Company, Inc. administers the manufacturers warranty on the equipment to the original purchaser to be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use for the period of time listed below from the date of purchase. This limited warranty shall be limited to the replacement of parts or materials found to be defective at the discretion of Derek Weaver Company, Inc. on behalf of the manufacturer. Freight for warranty parts are covered for the first 30 days. The purchaser is responsible for freight after the first 30 days. Missing parts must be reported within the first 30 days.

Tire Changers
Wear items are not covered under this warranty policy. These parts include air guages, plastic jaw protectors, plastic mount/demount head inserts, airline fittings, hoses, belts and clamping jaws. Parts that have been subjected to abuse or misuse will NOT be considered for warranty.
Electrical component parts carry a 1 year warranty. Make sure your machine is plugged into a dedicated 20 amp service without the use of extension cords. It may be necessary to provide pictures or short videos via email to determine the correct replacement part, the best solution and the fastest response.
Air operated parts including Cylinders, Valves and components that allow air to flow through them carry a 6 month warranty. Air Gauges and Regulator, Belts and Inflation Air Chuck 90 Days. Make sure to keep your air source clean and lubricated to prolong the life of your machine. Replacement air components carry a 30 day warranty and all other replacement parts carry a 90 day warranty.
W-PL240 and W-PL230 assist arms are 6 months warranty.
Freight for warranty parts are covered for the first 30 days. The purchaser is responsible for freight after the first 30 days. It may be necessary to provide pictures or short videos via email to determine the serial number, correct replacement part, the best solution and the fastest response.
Wheel Balancers
Wear items are not covered under this warranty policy.
Electrical component parts carry a 1 year warranty. Make sure your machine is plugged into a dedicated 20 amp service with a surge protector and without the use of extension cords. Troubleshooting circuit boards will require a refundable deposit for circuit boards shipped for testing. Test boards deposit will be credited once the boards are returned.
Freight for warranty parts are covered for the first 30 days. The purchaser is responsible for freight after the first 30 days.
It may be necessary to provide pictures or short videos via email to determine the serial number, correct replacement part, the best solution and the fastest response. In some cases it may be necessary for Derek Weaver Company, Inc. to charge the customer’s credit card for the replacement part until the defective part is returned and a credit issued for the replacement part. Good communication and/or providing proper pictures or short videos via email may eliminate or reduce the need to wait for a part to be returned.

90 Day Parts Warranty

Derek Weaver Company, Inc. is not the manufacturer of the equipment but has authority from the manufacturer to facilitate this warranty policy with a complete parts inventory and technical advisors and videos that will resolve any issues that may arise with your Weaver equipment.
Derek Weaver Company, Inc. shall repair or replace at their option for the periods noted those parts returned to Derek Weaver Company freight prepaid, which prove after inspection to be defective. It may be necessary to provide pictures or short videos via email to determine the correct replacement part, the best solution and the fastest response. In some cases it may be necessary for Derek Weaver Company, Inc. to charge the customer’s credit card for the replacement part until the defective part is returned and a credit issued for the replacement part. Good communication and/or providing proper pictures or short videos via email may eliminate or reduce the need to wait for a part to be returned. This warranty will not apply unless the product is installed, used and maintained in accordance with the Manufacturers installation, operation and maintenance instructions. This warranty applies to the ORIGINAL purchaser only, and is non-transferable. The warranty covers the products to be free of defects in material and workmanship but, does not cover labor, freight, normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by: improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when repairs or alterations have been made or attempted to the Manufacturer’s products.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FROM A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ANDALL SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER, NOR ANY SALES AGENT OR OTHER COMPANY AFFILIATED WITH IT OR THEM, BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR THE BREACH OF OR DELAY IN PERFORMANCE OF THIS WARRANTY. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFIT, RENTAL OR SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT OR OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSS.
This warranty shall be governed under the laws of Texas, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the State of Texas in the county of Tarrant.
PRICES: Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. All orders will be invoiced at current pricing at time of shipment. Prices do not include freight or any local, state or federal taxes.
RETURNS: Products may not be returned without prior written approval from the Derek Weaver Company, Inc. and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
DUE TO THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE SELLING PRICE OF THIS EQUIPMENT, THIS WARRANTY POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ADMINISTERED AND ADHERED TO.
