W-937 Wheel Balancer Factory Settings Video

Welcome to www.DerekWeaver.com. In this video we will demonstrate resetting the factory settings on the W-937 Wheel Balancer.

We begin by turning the machine on with the switch on the left-hand side of the machine. To begin the factory restoration hit the House key, hit the DIS plus key to enter factory setup, and hit the House key two times to begin the first step of the factory restoration.

At this point, rotate the shaft clockwise until the numbers in the outer window show 111 and hit the C button. Rotate the shaft counterclockwise until the numbers in the outer window show 55, and hit the C button. Then rotate the shaft clockwise again until the numbers in the outer window show 111, and hit the C button.

When it says COD/SET in the inner and outer window, hit the House key. Now you'll show a number in the inner window and a number in the outer window. You want the number in the inner window to show 46, as it does now. If that's correct, hit the House key. Now it will show B-A in the inner window and a number in the outer window.

The outer window is the distance from the machine to the back of the flange. We have to measure that using the distance gauge. Place the distance gauge to the back of the flange like so, and note the number on the distance gauge. In this case, it's 183.

Using the DIS minus button, we change the number in the outer window to show 183. Hit the House key. It will say EL1 in the inner window and it'll give a number in the outer window. We want the outer window to show 007. We adjust that with the DIS plus or DIS minus key. Once that's correct, hit the House button.

Now we can hit the House button again. The machine said SAV and FAC. That means it's saving the factory settings. It beeps three times. That means the factory restoration is complete.
